HEX360 Virtual PM was founded by Craig Lewis, a construction management professional with over 15 years of experience in the industry. Craig holds a university degree in Construction Management & The Environment and has managed projects across a wide range of sectors — from luxury yacht construction at Princess Yachts to commercial and residential refurbishment.
After years in the corporate construction world, Craig turned his attention to property investment. Completing intensive BRR training and applying his project management expertise to his own portfolio, he quickly realised that most property investors were attempting to manage complex construction projects with little to no professional support.
The result? Budget overruns, programme delays, quality issues, and enormous stress. Craig saw an opportunity to bridge that gap — bringing professional construction management to property investors at a fraction of the cost of traditional PM services.
Today, HEX360 Virtual PM manages projects across the UK, from HMO conversions and BRR flips to commercial to residential schemes and Grade II listed building renovations. Every project benefits from the same rigorous processes and attention to detail that Craig developed across his career.
